  I do not drink or smoke. My clients can drink and smoke. I do not prefer clients do drugs, but if someone feels it is a need, please do that before our visit.

  No haggling or hassleing. I will not negotiate.

  Well, it will still be what they have given upfront. If we stop on clients behalf, that is the clients fault.
