Do you have any particular requirements regarding hygiene? What are the guidelines that your client should follow?
I expect all clients to be showered, of course, and to wash their hands before touching! :)

What are your rates?
My rates are 200/hour, or 150/half hour, outcall only. I don't currently offer incall.

Are there additional charges for "extras"? If so, what are these?
No - my rates are all inclusive.

What payment options are available? How would you prefer the client to pay?
I prefer cash, but for appointments that require a more than one hour travel for me, I do require a credit card payment through PayPal.

If a client decided to make you a present, what would you be happy to receive? What is your wish-list (maybe flowers, lingerie, parfume, music albums, books etc.)?
I'd love to receive lingerie, books, gift certificates to salons and spas, or unique gemstone items.

Do you allow the clients to make photos or video recordings? If yes, on what terms?
If a client wants to take photos of me, that's fine - as long as I keep the photos. :)

What is your attitude towards tobacco, alcohol and drugs? Do you drink or smoke yourself? Do you allow the client to do it during your meeting?
As I'm pregnant, I would prefer a client to not smoke during our session. I also don't currently drink, and drugs are completely out of the question. I require all clients to be drug free.

What would happen, if at some point you or the client wished to stop the proceedings? How would you handle the issue of compensation?
I am compensated for my time, not for services. If you request me for an hour, you pay for an hour... but I doubt you'll be disappointed, or that you'll want to stop. :)
