  just if a client agree's to pay the rate fee and then at the end says he doesn't have all the money or says he's not gonna pay at all,it happens when you don't take the money up front,but it's a chance i have taken over 12yrs and i have only had bad experiences with black clients no offense to them.It just happens that sine I don't take the money till the end I have had several black male clients either not pay me at all or give me less money then agreed upon.
