Available upon request yes, I'll show you mine if you show me yours ;). I am tested atleast monthly for HIV as well as all other STD's, just to be sure.

Never less than $100 and thats just for a very short visit, and never more than $350 for an hour.

I travel, however in most cases not just for one client. I travel to cities I get repeated requests to visit. I appreciate a commitment on the clients part to keep an appointment, however I have never traveled to a city for just one....When I travel, I stay for atleast a couple days.
