I presume this was a Public Service Announcement (PSA) produced by Germany? I saw the license plates on the cars, and that's the 1st thought I had.

Germany is very progressive, and I applaud them for airing this. It's a shame my home country of the USA will never air something like this. I believe it would help serve to be a deterrent to negligent driving involving reckless speeding.
