Reputation Altering Power

In my opinion it would be better to limit the reputation altering power of a member to a maximum value. Let me propose 10.
I think it is not good that single members have enormous voting power for or against other members.
From my subjective point of view it is not ensured that a high total of reputation points stands for knowledge, maturity and fairness.

Other opinions are welcome!

if you gain your points fairly I do not agree with you. if you obtain your points by being an active and honest member I think you have shown fairnesss.

The problem is with cheaters and misguided vendettas. I think the end result of what you ask is a system where every body ends up the same and once you reached your ceiling what is the point of being creative anymore?

Don't put a bandaid over a bandaid. when you do that it does not take long and you forget what the origional bandaid was for and you just keep adding bandaids to fix the bandaid and not the original problem.

March for what is right and even though the road is longer, punish who is wrong and not lessen the rights of who has woked hard to be right and just.

I'm new to this forum but have followed the NaughtyKitty & Leonard0 conflict very closely. It's heartening to see justice served but one must ask about the culprits behind this. Comparing reputations yesterday and today of the persons involved suggests Leonard0, luli123, and perhaps ToniW are the ones behind this.

NaughtyKitty went from -30 to 150
Leonard0 went from 167 to 11
luli123 went from 110 to 33
ToniW went from 188 to 146

Leonard0 suggested that luli123 and ToniW are the same person. If so that it makes this all more interesting and shows you have to be careful who you make friends with as ToniW sided with NaughtyKitty and it looked like luli123 was trying to side with Leonard0.

Question for NaughtyKitty. Leonard0 never brought the topic up but you mention that you never slept with either ToniW or luli123. You also said you never met ToniW but the question is have you met luli123? I'm curious if he was guiding you against Leonard0.

Capping reputation power won't solve the problem of personal vendettas and people using multiple accounts. Better still is to be adult, calm, and responsible, and not get personal.

I can understand a lot of why you think some of those things but most are wrong and I will explain. that does not mean I think you are stupid.

the people you mentioned are not the only ones changed. Some Thai girls here went down to. I will not name them cause we had enough hate for now.

Leonard did in fact suggest toni w was my client and that is why he was helping me. later leonard changed (surprise surprise) to say toni w was on his (leonard's) side. SO I felt in necessary to tell the truth and make it clear I have never had sex nor met either of them. (tony or luli123)

Tony and luli123 are not the same people and they both have different jobs. I email with them sometimes but that is my personal and we debate on the forum. I dont always agree with them and I dont have to. I think luli123 was just doing all he could to see and explain both sides - when I person does that unfortunately it usually ends up in both person not liking them.

Admin shared with me what happened and it will remain with me but it had nothing to do with toni or luli123.

I knwo that does not clear every thing but I think it is the best I can do and not let out others personal.

I want to make clear that I am not on Leonard0's side.

I can understand why Leonard0 became angry, but in my opinion I made clear that Kitty cannot be blamed being a racist.
We have to state that Leonard0 has been attacked personally far away from the topic of that thread. Why else has Kitty deleted some comments afterwards?
I have furthermore posted why I made my comments in this 'conflict'.

There was and may be still is an interesting up and down of reputation points. Difficult to believe that these are the votes of 'normal' members.
More and more often I ask, who stands behind this site?
Who are the admin(s)? Where do they come from, what is their background and motivation?
How much are they personally involved? Is some active user an admin?
There is no disclaimer, we do not know anything...

The fact that you come up here, from China, is very interesting, too.

I deleted those posts cause a mamber I trusts ask me to and said I was wasting my time. he told me they would just provide him (leonard) a chance to cut out certan phrases and use them out of context. and, later leonard proved he will do that with other forum subject. if you email me I will tell who the member was.

example. leonard asks me if I ever edit posts. I answered true and said yes I do. many times I see I can fix somethgn English and I edit it. when I get hot about something my English become less good. Leonard copied I edit my post to use it to say I say racists things then ediot them. he many time took parts of my words and changed they meaning that way.

Thanks to both of you for the replies and clarifications. Hopefully this whole fiasco is over. I, too, had my concerns about the Admins and their lack of presence but it appears that they have achieved some sort of resolution, at least, to NaughtyKitty's satisfaction. Why the other members dropped so drastically is something they'll have to ask the Admins.

to be honest. toni w and luli123 are very caution of me. I talk very different from many thai. not in my words but in my willingness to publish them. MOST of the time Thai people avoid conflict and just smile. Actually why bother having a reputation system at all?

Active members will always be so and quality members don't necessarily translate into active members.

If a member is rude or threatening, the result will be the same. Other members will reply accordingly or report that person to the Admins.

Besides who here judges someone based solely on their reputation. If anything it's more of a toy and too often a distraction.

Get rid of the reputation system and you remove a source of abuse.

But any voting system would be open for abuse.

my opinion admin would be stupid to change it. This is point system is one of the the things make this site unique. It is the sites stamp of difference and keeps it from being just another escort site.

just as the admin informed me ths is not a site about selling sex. To be honest when my points were negative just as many men contacted me. I man who want sex justs want a beautiful girl and dont read much about what else is going on. The last man to give me a review did not even know I had stars. heheheheheh black or gold. The point system is more valuable to reward creativy and keep people active and you cant tell me it dont. you take 10000 escort sites and most people do not keep they interset. if you make this site the same it will stop here to.
