There's a lot of adult website who provide banners.. and all u have to do is copy paste it to ur site

there is a free program called bannermaker do a google search and it will very easily make banners for you!
http://mybannermaker.com/ or http://www.bannermakerpro.com/ is excellent, it does button and all sorts, unfortunately it only a free trial, so make them all before your trial expires!!! or try this online free maker |
