I have small, perky B's...should I get breast implants? I was thinking a nice C cup would look amazing. I'm afraid of the pain, though! What does everyone think? Implants ot natural??

I personally would say no. I dislike the idea of surgical "enhancement" except in the most extreme cases, as in accidents, birth defects, or surgical removal.

In my opinion, men who like a variety of breast sizes are apt to be better partners and to treat women better.

If you enjoy your work and it shows, you will get plenty of clients, especially repeats. I think personality trumps physical attributes every time.

BTW, from what I can see, your breasts are very fine!

you shouldnt do it for your clients, since there are those of course who do like big breasts but not fake ones, there are probably more clients that like real ones, then you are always left with a scar and that is t what everyone wants, but it is mainly your decision to do what you want to do

You shouldn't get implants...your body is most beautiful in its natural state...not including make-up, that is. ;)

You got me! I like when the breasts are chubby but not if they are a pair of well inflated silicone balls. Silicone balls are good to pitch and catch, but as I see we're talking about some another things, not for such games.

I agree with all of you about this too. I think that jessalyn looks very good already and doesn't need to have implants. I also was tempted to try having implants a few years ago as well because I thought that it would make me more appealing to others as well. I am so glad that I did not do it. I ask a lot of different people that I see about that too and about 99% of them say they like natural breasts.

I got some info that those implants can also turn some physiological processes wrong and create unpleasant complications, but sorry, I have no links now. Maybe I seek them a bit later...

I would keep with what you got. You look tall slim and slender. Some of the lady boys in Asia have implants, and some do look fantastic and real and you cant tell but are so expensive and others just don’t look right and loads have had problems.
At least if you stay as you are you will always know that you are 100% you. And beside most men like it real. I know everyone say it safer now, but mistakes happen all the time.
