A guy from Mississippi named Shakespeare offers dinner and pictures as a token of friendship. Then he writes bad statements about the provider saying he didn't get any services. He's a waste of time!

I would ad him to the blacklist and let it be known of his bad practices and the problem he causes. Things like that can hurt your images as well to his so tell him to knock it off or you will let everyone know he is being a ass.And it will limit him getting any calls from providers. But ad him to the black list so others are aware.
