i logged on this evening to discover one of my two reviews (this is not the only site i use and i have not been on here long so there were only 2 to start with) was gone. i noticed the person who posted the review is no longer in my friends list nor can i locate him anywhere on the site.
is there a way to keep the reviews linked to our profiles and just somehow note that the user is no longer active? this is especially important when the review is good and you dont have many listed on the site-i feel like i have taken a major hit. i am wanting to build my reputation within this community however it makes it difficult when a hobbyist decides not to play anymore. on top of the fact that reviews posted on sites such as this one are mandatory to gain access to other sites such as preferred 411, etc. i think we should still be entitled to that review on our page since it was rigthfully earned good or bad, as long as it is a legit review.
am i making sense? i feel like i am rambleing! i will now quietly climb off of my soapbox...and pray to the admin fairy that my review is reinstated with the reviewer tagged as "deleted profile" or something of the sorts. :)
