unique screening technique

I just heard of a rather interesting screening technique. One provider lets callers know that she will greet them at the door as a lover and touch their private parts. If they let her, they are okay. If not, they have to leave.

The reason behind this is that apparently they are not allowed to touch or be touched.

Sounds like a unique and rather fun technique. What do you all think?

i have read articles where it is legal for LE to go as far as to have sex with a provider if it will gain access to information in a large scale bust. there are even stories of girls getting naked, etc before being arrested. in general though it is my understanding that the majority of the time the person that is the subject of the sting has to be the one to discuss $$$ for illegal activity and they need to initiate physical contact. thats my rule is always that the client must be the first one to make the move.

there have been a couple clients i have wanted to pounce the first time i met them and had to resist...i have to say the next time we met i didnt hold back!!!

stay safe and play hard!

JJ is correct. If you initate sexual contact you can be busted. Maybe not for soliciting but for commiting a lewd act.

I posted in a forum started by leyla that one time I saw an sp and she sold me nude pictures of her. That is what the fee was for, what we did after that was up to us. I don't know how that would hold up in court but, I only bought the pictures.

I agree with JJ - savvy escorts will wait for the client to take the initiative.

I dunno Paul. In law, there's a principle that ... if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck --- its a duck regardless of what you call it. Otherwise, you could get away with murder by calling it 'collateral damage'. It would depend on the entire context of the evidence entered into court, the bar to be met on burden of proof, reasonable doubt and the plausible deniability of this defense. (You can tell I've watched waaay too much 'Law and Order'.)

Hell, the cops get away with "accidently" shooting an innocent man and they call it "colleratal damage" and get away with it.

Tonight on the news there was a story about a plastic surgeon being sued for causing the death of a patient, through negligence the mothe of a rapper. He'd been reported 7 times for malpratice to the medical board. She asked, "How could this happen?"

I told her doctors investigate doctors, cops investigate cops and lawyers investigate lawyers. They get away with what ever they want.

I called my brother, an ex cop, a teacher of Administration of Justice and a Federal Agent and reported to him I had been contacted to hire a hit man. Under federal law, he was required to report it. He didn't.

I have complained to the cops, the DA and the FBI. They say that since the person who tried to hire me and the person who did the killing are dead, they won't investigate it. The cops said "We refuse to waste resources on a report that the DA won't proscute."

They don't care. I've never liked cops and now I like them less.
