I have tried to answer my emails from my inbox and got the message that:
Email delivery through our server has failed.
I'm not sure if the mail is delivered to my indicated, listed email first or not.
Some email I can answer, some I cannot.
Maybe it is a bug or server down?

Hmmm, currently I see no systematic problems in our email logs. Perhaps, something was wrong with the recepient's email server. Anyway, we always suggest to send the second email using your local mail client (Outlook etc.) to ensure delivery. Spam filters are too stricts nowadays...

Yes I beleive no one can answer emails from other locations. I think the system also restricts users to vote from Europe lets say from Spain on another providers and to answer emails and advertise from another continents.

No, there are no restrictions like that. If mail delivery fails it must be due to recipients mail server anti-spam filters. We do not restrict sending emails based on location. And there is no such a restriction on reputation votes either.

Most of mail providers have spam files belonging to their users. These files will be transmitted daily and the clients can control it, and actually they do it, if they are expecting special emails, for example from escorts of sexyescortads. There are other spam filters but to my knowledge the clients will be informed about spam mails. In summary spam filters are not the reason for no-delivery.
I have written(from Spain) several emails regarding appointments but never received any answer!

I would suggest that the return email address (that you are replying to) is fake, or that there is a problem with the recipient's mail server. If the recipient is using a free email account (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail) then set up an account of your own (if you don't already have one), and sent a test email to yourself to test the status of the mail server.

I have had this happen to me numerous times both using site email and my business email. If they do not reply, they are not serious, and I ignore them. It is good business to reply promptly, but you will have to put up with the bad contacts to get to the good potential clients. Just don't let them get you down.

I tried to send a long reply to an email that I had recieved and got a notice that I was trying to cheat. Now, that was a first. I can under stand some thing but this email was to Leslie Layne. She and I have been trading emails for the past few days about the BBW support group as well as child trafficking and some of our posts.
Now I have to rewrite every thing and send a new email to her? I could understand a notice saying that the server wanted to check the email before being sent but to flat out deny it?

Sorry Paul!
You become a victim of our anti-Nigerian-scam filter. It bans accounts that send so called Nigerian scam letters. If some message contains over 3 occurences of the alarm words like "fund", "funds", "money", "transfer", "dollar", "help","deposit", "assistance","die","died", "million", "minister","Nigeria", "president","died","invest", "investment", "bank account", "money transfer", "wire transfer", it gets blocked and account get banned. This algorithm allowed us to stop Nigerian scam outbreak on our site a couple of years ago.
I emailed you the copy of your long letter.

I recieved a reply to the letter I sent Leslie, a complete copy of the one you sent me, and she told me she had just recieved a SCAM letter for Nigera on her personal email minuets before I sent her the letter.
Your scan filter is a good addition to protecting all of us from this type of emails.
Thanks for the good work.
Paul
