TER - Is It LE

I was speaking with a provider friend last night about various places to advertise as a provider. I mentioned TER, and she stated that TER is now run by LE. She said that the previous owner sold the names of girls, reviews, & credit card numbers to LE about 6 months ago and that this info was run on CNN. I wasn't a provider back then, so I wasn't paying attention for that sort of info. I don't recall hearing anything. Does anyone know?

I believe that may be true because my sister was posting ther and she used my telephone number for a few days for her adds and next thing I know I get a call from law enforcement telling me to shut down my telephone number because it is affiliated with prostitution and if I continue to use that number then they will seek criminal proceeding.
