I usually like to add a few stretches in before getting a good workout in and or doing other productive things in every day life. Well,sex can be one of those things too. Here is another great stretch to try before working out. The Letter T Stretch is good for the back,hips, and waist. You lie on your back with your legs straight and your arms out to either side (in the shape of a "T"). Then, you cross your left leg over right and bring it as close as you can to your right hand. Your hip will come off the ground. You hold this postion for 15 to 30 seconds and do it once more. Then you switch sides and repeat it again. This is a great stretch to try. I'm through with my workout for the day and I'm getting some much needed sleep. Sweet Dreams and many good times to come.

I'm starting Physical Thearpy for my neck and back, again, and the doc told me that I should do my swiming with a snorkel and mask. That way I don't have to turn my neck or twist my back to breathe.
