Staying Hydrated When Exercising Or Having Hot Sex!
Anytime I exercise, have hot sex ,or any other activities throughout the day; I try to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated no matter what time of the year it is. I usually drink a lot more water when I'm more active.
Drinking at least two cups of water two hours before exercising and rehydrating yourself as you go; about one cup of water for every 20 minutes of exercise. This will help keep you from feeling overly tired and help you keep going a lot longer with your exercise or even with hot sex.
