As far as I know you have to wait at least about 12 days before you can make valid pregnancy test... As to delivering a baby for the doctor, its always up to you to decide. I wouldn't cheat a spouse in such a delicate matter as children. It usually brings sorrow and complications in the future. Are you a 100% sure that the doctor will support the child untill he or she will grow up? Are you sure that the doctor won't ruin you marriage, if he decide to inform your husband that he is the real father? Are you sure he won't blackmail you ? Are you sure it won't hurt your husband and your future child to find out the truth at some point? If you don't love your husband and the doc don't love his wife why not to break up and marry each other? If you want more children why not to have a child with your current husband?
