A few things to do to keep fit during the holidays....
There are at least a few things that we all can do to keep fit during the holidays! I usually try to walk some on my treadmill and some of the time I spend walking in the stores. Walking is one of those ways that you can burn some calories. If you have a home gym or go to the gym; that's also very good too. I have a home gym that I work out on a little each day and it really helps in feeling healthier. Working out for at least 30 minutes a day is good for not only your body; but it is good for your heart as well. Another good way of sweating off some of those unwanted calories is having hot passionate sex as much as possible! Not only do you get to burn calories when having sex; but you also have so much fun at it and you feel good all over too! I hope that everyone has a great time at burning off their calories during the holidays and even after the holidays too!
