I usually like to snack on something healthy so that I don't get tempted by other things like cookies and all the others sweets out there. Well, I do have a few sweets now and then.(smile) I have a few snacks that I would like to share with you that you may want to try sometime.
One of them is: 1 slice of angel food cake topped with 1/2 medium-size banana and a 1/4 cup of mixed berries. It is very good!
Also, you may also want to try during the holidays as well is: Core a medium-size apple and fill with 2 tbsp juice-packed crushed pineapple, 1 Tbsp raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Microwave it for 5 minutes
and enjoy! I know I'll be fixing this one for sure during the holidays!
Another good one is a:1/2 medium-size baked potatoe with the skin on it, topped with 2 Tbsp light sour cream mixed with a dash of dried chives and basil. These are just a few good high energy snacks that can help you during the holidays to help keep you healthy as well as giving you the energy you need during the holidays and even after the holidays too!

There are at least a few things that we all can do to keep fit during the holidays! I usually try to walk some on my treadmill and some of the time I spend walking in the stores. Walking is one of those ways that you can burn some calories. If you have a home gym or go to the gym; that's also very good too. I have a home gym that I work out on a little each day and it really helps in feeling healthier. Working out for at least 30 minutes a day is good for not only your body; but it is good for your heart as well. Another good way of sweating off some of those unwanted calories is having hot passionate sex as much as possible! I sure wish I could afford to have plenty of spa days because I could really use one of those days soon! I have only been to a day spa one time in my lifetime and that was a few years ago. I am back from a few days of spending time around family and friends for the thanksgiving holiday! It was nice although it was a little bit of work to be done as far as the cooking was concerned. Everyone pitched in and helped in the cooking. So, it wasn't that bad....thank goodness! The food was very good and I'm glad I held myself back from eating too much; that's for sure. I used to not take too much to do with watching sports on tv until some years ago. I used to have a boyfriend that just loved watching all the football games during this time of year. At one time; it would drive me completely nuts! That was because he would watch several games throughout the weekends and of course,Monday night football as well.
