The agency on Wednesday confirmed the Malaysian-born Ms Marbeck worked for the company in 2001, after Britain's The Sun newspaper reported details of her former career.
The Sun said Ms Marbeck worked for the exclusive Boardroom Escorts Agency six months after the second of her alleged romps with Beckham.
In an interview with the newspaper, the Boardroom Escorts boss Graeme Edwards said Ms Marbeck visited clients in their hotel rooms.
A spokeswoman for the agency told AAP on Wednesday that Ms Marbeck had worked for the agency, but declined to comment any further.
Ms Marbeck's lawyer Michael Brereton also refused to comment on the report in The Sun.
"I have heard of it but I haven't seen it," he said of the report.
The claims emerged as Ms Marbeck's father Terrance flew out to Cairns, where he is expected to meet up with his daughter, who is believed to be staying in nearby Port Douglas.
Mr Marbeck told reporters that he was going to Cairns on business.
Mr Marbeck said on Wednesday that neither he nor his wife Elizabeth had known of the affair despite Mrs Marbeck being quoted in her daughter's statement on Tuesday that she was aware of the relationship.
"This is a statement from her lawyer which was written without consulting Mrs Marbeck," Mr Marbeck told The Australian newspaper on Wednesday.
However, Mr Brereton said Mrs Marbeck's quote in the statement was accurate.
"That's not right. The statement was correct, we wouldn't put out an incorrect statement," he said.
In an interview with ABC Radio, Mr Brereton also rejected claims Ms Marbeck's "friends" had made to Australian newspapers that she had been out to destroy Beckham's marriage.
"I haven't seen that in Sarah at all, not at all," he said.
"She's obviously emotional and I think that her emotions are clear when you read the story ... it's quite clear it wasn't a maliceful or angry reaction."
Mr Brereton also rejected suggestions his client was out to make money from selling her story to the British tabloid.
"I think Sarah would say ... that she does see this as a way of moving on from the past, a past that was life-changing for her and an event that was life changing for her," he said.
"Sarah's information is that she needed to move forward with her life and this is the way for her to move forward in the emotional sense.
"That's her explanation and that's how she feels about it and I believe her when she said it."
Ms Marbeck is the second woman to claim an affair with the UK superstar, who together with his wife, former Spice Girl Victoria, makes up one of the world's highest profile and most marketable couples.
Her claims came a week after Beckham's former personal assistant Rebecca Loos also went public with claims of a relationship with the England soccer captain.
